摘要
为了解茂名市区成人肥胖的流行病学特征及肥胖与高血压、糖尿病的关系，对１９９８年３月茂名市区成人糖尿病流行病学调查的相关资料分析。结果表明，茂名市区成人经标化后的肥胖率为１２６６％、超重率为１５６５％；肥胖有年龄、文化程度等流行特征，超重有年龄等流行特征；肥胖是高血压的高危因素，超重是ＩＧＴ的高危因素。
In order to understand the relationship between corpulence and hypertension & diabetes in adults in the urban area of Maoming city, an epidemiological survey was carried out in the urban districts of Maoming city in March 1998 The results showed that the adjusted rate of corpulence was 1266% and overweight rate was 1565% respectively And the corpulence was related with age and cultural level The over weight rate was also related with age So the corpulence was one of the risk factors of hypertension and overweight was a risk factor of IGT
