摘要
我省高血压抽样调查属全国高血压抽样调查中的一部分 ,收缩压 (SBP)为Korotkoff第 1音 ,舒张压 (DBP)为Korotkoff第 5音 ,调查点包括 5个城市和 5个农村 ,每点调查 15岁以上成人约 40 0 0人。年龄组血压水平采用均数和百分位数法计算 ,同时对与血压有影响的因素进行了相关和回归分析。结果表明 15～至 70～岁SBP均值和第 5 0百分位数值男性分别上升了 17和13mmHg ,女性则分别上升了 2 9和 2 6mmHg。DBP均值从 15～至 70～岁与第 5 0百分位数值男女基本增加幅度相同 ,分别为6和 7mmHg。城乡年龄组血压均值曲线有交叉 ,SBP在小于 5 5～岁年龄组城市低于农村 ,此后城市组接近和超出农村组。DBP城乡也存在相同趋势 ,只不过交叉点在 35～岁年龄组。相关分析表明与血压水平有关的因素为BMI(或QI) ,WH ,EBW ,心率、吸烟。
The people screened were adults above 15 years of age.Five cities and five counties were selected at random in Shandong.Population screened in each area covered about 4000 inhabitants of different age groups (from 15 to 80 + yrs) in both sexes.The means and percentile of SBP and DBP were given,in which previously known hypertensives were excluded from the analysis of current BP level.Age specific means and the 50th percentile of SBP from 15～ to 70～ years of age increased by 17 mmHg and 13 mmHg in male,and 29 mmHg and 26 mmHg in female respectively.The increase range of the means of DBP from 15～ to 70～ years of age and the values of the 50th percentile of DBP in male was equal to that in female,being increased by 6 mmHg in male and 7 mmHg in female.The means of SBP level in the city group of under 55 were lower,and equal to or higher in the group of above 55 than those of the same age groups in the rural areas.The means of DBP level in the city group of undcr 35 were lower,and equal to or higher in that of above 35 than those of the same age groups in the rural areas.Correlation and multiple regression analyses were made for the relationship between BP level and certain factors.The results indicate that the relational factors to BP level are age,weight,BMI(weight kg/height 2 m),WH(weight kg/height 3 m),EBW(percentage of exceed body weight),heart rate,smoking drinking,and history of hypertensive family.
