农村居民使用《寄生虫病防治常识/电话本》效果调查

摘要 目的了解《寄生虫病防治常识/电话本》(以下简称"电话本)"对发放对象卫生常识及行为的影响。方法在四川省丹棱县、江西省贵溪市、湖南省岳阳县各选择一个发放过"电话本"的村(干预村)和没有发放过"电话本"的村(对照村)进行问卷调查。结果干预村发放"电话本"一年后"电话本"保存率为97.7%,居民对5个寄生虫病防治常识问题的回答正确率显著高于对照村居民;干预村居民在饭前便后洗手和饮水卫生习惯上有显著改善(χ2分别为25.0和11.5,P值均小于0.01);干预村居民室外清洁卫生较好的人数占被调查人数的86.7%,对照村为81.8%,二者有统计学差异(χ2=4.4,P<0.05)。结论农村居民愿意保留"电话本",促进了居民对卫生常识的了解和卫生行为的改善。 Objective To understand theeffect of telephonebookwithgeneral knowledgeof preventionof thecom-mon parasitic diseases and activity for rural resident,so that adjust its contents for done painstakingly and thoroughly,with a clear objective in mind and in a way acceptable to the mass.Methods Questionnaire study was carried out in 610 rural resi-dents from 6 villages of 3 counties,including Danling county of Sichuan province,Guixi county of Jiangxi province,Yueyang County of Hunan province.All of them were divided into two groups,one was interventional group who had used the tele-phone book,one was control group who had no used the telephone book.Results Interventional group showed better knowl-edge in 5 questions of prevention and treatment of parasitic disease than the control group.There were significant change in habits of wash hand before and after meals,and drinking water no boiled(χ^2 = 25.0 and 11.5,P〈0.01) between inter-ventional group and control group.The family of interventional group of better environmental hygiene was 86.7%,and the same time,the control groups’ was 81.8%,there was significant difference between interventional group and control group(χ^2 =4.4,P〈0.05).Conclusion The investigation results showed that the telephone book could significantly increase the general knowledge of prevention of the common parasitic diseases and change behavior for rural resident.
