摘要
采用模糊数学法对同种品牌不同系列的火腿肠感官质量进行综合评定,结果表明,三种不同系列的火腿肠感官评定级别从高到低为:A>B>C。
In this paper,fuzzy mathematical methods were adopted in the sensory evaluation of three ham sausages.The results revealed that the analysis of sensory evaluation of three sausages were ranked as follow: ABC.
