摘要
目的:筛选知母中降血糖的活性成分。方法:以α-葡萄糖苷酶为靶标,采用大孔吸附树脂色谱法和重结晶等操作对知母的醇提物进行分离纯化。筛选知母中α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂。结果:知母30%醇洗脱物对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性最强,对其进一步分离纯化,分离出知母中降血糖活性单体,经1H-NMR等结构鉴定为芒果苷。结论:芒果苷为知母中抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶的主要活性成分。
AIM:Screening of antidiabetic active compounds extracted from Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.METHODS:Using α-glucosidase as the target,macroporous resin and recrystallisation were used to isolate and purify the α-glucosidase inhibitor.RESULTS:The elute obtained by 30% ethanol eution had the strong inhibitive activity,and then further separation was carried out.Hypoglycermic active monomer was identified as mangifein by NMR.CONCLUSION:The experiment shows that mangifein is the α-glucosidase inhibitor of Anemarrhena as-phodeloides.
