摘要
建立了沃尼妙林中甲基叔丁基醚残留量的测定方法。采用顶空进样毛细管气相色谱法,HP-innowax毛细管柱,载气为氮气,氢火焰离子化检测器,水为溶解介质,检测了沃尼妙林原料药中甲基叔丁基醚的残留量。结果表明:在0.59～37.04μg/mL浓度范围内,药物浓度与峰面积具有良好的线性(r=0.999 95),平均回收率为94.95%,RSD为0.47%,检测限为0.01μg/mL。
A method for determination of residual methyl tert-butyl ether in valnemulin was established.Methyl tert-butyl ether was quantitatively determined by headspace capillary GC with HP-innowax column and FID detector,water as solvent media,nitrogen as the carrier gas.The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.59～37.04 μg/mL（r=0.999 95）.The average recovery rate of the preparation was 94.95%;the RSD was 0.47%;the detection limit of methyl tert-butyl ether was 0.01 μg/mL.
