摘要
采用相位多普勒粒子分析仪对某型航空发动机双路离心喷嘴的雾化油滴的速度场进行了实验研究,得到了雾化油滴平均速度、脉动速度及湍流度的分布.实验结果表明:供油压力不变时,同一个测量横截面内,随着径向距离x的增加平均速度和脉动速度呈凸形分布而湍流度呈下凹形分布;随着测点与喷口之间轴向距离z的增加,主、副油路共同工作时油滴的平均速度减小而脉动速度和湍流度增大.随着供油压力增加,油滴平均速度增加而湍流度减小.
The spray droplet velocity of a double line pressure-swirl atomizer for aero-engine was experimentally investigated with two-dimensional phase Doppler particle analyzer(PDPA).The spatial distributions of mean velocity,fluctuation velocity and turbulence intensity of spray droplet were obtained.The results show that:within the same measuring section at a given oil-supplying pressure,the velocity and fluctuation velocity distribution along radial direction shows a crest curve,while the distribution of turbulence intensity is a concave curve;when both main and secondary fuel lines work together,the mean velocity decreases and fluctuation velocity and turbulence intensity increase gradually;while with the increase of operating pressure,the mean velocity increases but the turbulence intensity decreases.
