摘要
对增压锅炉用蒸汽机械雾化喷油器的流量特性进行了试验研究,同时应用欧拉模型进行了数值模拟计算,提出了采用折算阻力系数的边界条件修正方法。结果表明,应用本文提出的计算方法的计算结果与实验数据吻合得很好。通过研究数据还可以看出,在同等压力条件下,雾化气的存在导致喷油器流量减小。
Experimental research has been done to realize the flux characteristic of steam & pressure atomizing fuel atomizer for supercharged boiler. It also put forward the way to determine the boundary condition using the equivalent resistance coefficient. It is proved that the results of experiment and calculation are perfectly consistent, and the flux of the atomizer is decreasing when the assistant air work.
