精氨酸对哺乳仔猪生长性能及内脏器官的影响 被引量:7

摘要 选用产期相近、产仔猪数为10~12个、胎次相同或相近的10窝母猪(长×大)。每窝选取5头体重相近的7日龄仔猪(2.7 kg左右),随机分成5个处理,每个处理1头猪。各处理组精氨酸的添加水平分别为0、125、250、375mg/(kg·d)和500 mg/(kg·d),结果表明:与对照组相比,250 mg/(kg·d)和375 mg/(kg·d)精氨酸添加组仔猪7~14日龄平均日增重分别提高了3.39%和1.49%;14~21日龄仔猪平均日增重分别提高了6.68%和5.33%。精氨酸添加组仔猪内脏器官相对重量高于对照组(P<0.05)。哺乳仔猪精氨酸的最适添加量为250 mg/(kg·d)。 This experiment was designed to investigate the effect of different arginine supplementations on the growth performance of piglets.Ten sows(Landrace×Yorkshire)with the same parity,varieties,similar parturition and litter size were selected.5 7-day old weaned piglets selected from each sow(average weight 2.7 kg)were randomly assigned into 5 treat-ment groups.Arginine supplementation were 0,125,250,375 mg/(kg·d) and 500 mg/(kg·d).The results indicated that compared with control group,the supplemention of 250 mg/(kg·d) and 375 mg/(kg·d)arginine could enhance average weight gain by 3.39 %,1.49 % for 7 ~ 14 d,and 6.68 %,5.33 % for 14 ~ 21 d.The relative weight of different visceral organs(visceral organ weight:body,g/kg) significantly increased.The experimental results showed that 250 mg/(kg·d) arginine was optimal supplementation for 7 ~ 21 d old piglets.
