摘要
研究了Y对Mg-8Li合金铸态组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:Y可以细化α-Mg相,改善其形态,并通过与Mg生成γ(Mg24Y)5相的方式使α相减少甚至消失;且随着Y含量的增加,γ相由弥散状向网状变化。同时Y还提高了合金的抗拉强度,且在Y含量为4%时,合金有最佳的综合力学性能。
The study was carried out to investigate the effects of Y on microstructure and mechanical properties of as-cast Mg-8Li magnesium alloy. The results show that Y can refine the microstructure of α-Mg phase, improve its shape, and decrease, even eliminate the a -Mg phase by forming γ(Mg24Y5) phase with Mg; the γ phase changes from dispersed into network state with the increase of the Y content. Meanwhile Y enhances the tensile strength of Mg-8Li alloy, and the optimal comprehensive mechanical properties of the alloy can be obtained when the content of Y is 4%.
