摘要
淮安市某开发区污水处理厂一期工程设计规模为4×104m3/d,采用一级强化处理/CAST工艺,主要接纳开发区内的生活污水和工业废水。从2009年1月—12月的运行数据来看,出水水质稳定达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级B标准。详细介绍了工艺设计及运行情况,并总结了该工程工艺设计的特点及存在的问题。
The design capacity of first-phase project of WWTP in a development zone in Huai ' an City is 4×10^4m^3/d, and the enhanced primary treatment/CAST process is used to treat the domestic and industrial wastewaters from the development zone. The operation data from January to December 2009 show that the effluent quality stably reaches the first level B criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002). The design and operation of the process are introduced. The design characteristics and problems are summarized.
