摘要
国家创新系统强调了一国内创新行为主体的内在关联性,运用创新系统理论考察中国国家创新系统的发展历程,可以概括为四个阶段:行为主体的初成、产学联合、创新网络渐成、系统协同自主发展。
National innovation system aims at relevance of the innovation actors in the borders of one country.The development history of China＇s national innovation system can be divided into four stages applying the National Innovation System Theory.That is,the initial forming phase of innovation elements,and association of industry and education,and the embryonic forming of innovation network,and promoting new development with the whole theory.
