摘要
在论述了技术创新、管理创新、制度创新的辨证关系的基础上;认为技术创新既是循环经济产生的起因,又是循环经济发展的基础,制度创新为发展循环经济提供了制度保障,管理创新为发展循环经济提供了管理方法;最后文章指出了我国发展循环经济对三种创新提出的要求与发展措施。
In the basis of discussing the relationship between technlolgy innovation,management innovation and system innovation,technology innovation is regarded as the cause of recycling economy and the base of improvement of it .improvement of recycling economy and management innovation provides methods of management for the development of recycling economy.This article also points out requirement and developing measure of the three kinds of innovation in order to improve recycling economy in our country.
