摘要
通过测定日本Daicel公司出售的Chiralcel-OJ柱的Van-Deemter曲线可知Chiralcel-OJ柱的Van-Deemter曲线与一般的手性柱的Van-Deemter曲线不同,曲线不仅出现了最低点而且出现了最高点.用该Chiralcel-OJ柱拆分三对对映体并讨论了流速与流动相配比对分离度的影响.实验结果表明,随着流速的增加,分离度减小;随着流动相改性剂量的增加。
It is found that the VanDeemeter curve on chiracelOJ column*Daicle Japan) is
different from that of general chiracel column by measuring the VanDeemeter curve on
chiracelOJ column.The curve of chiracelOJ column not only has a maximum but also a
minimum.Three couples of enantiomers were separated on this chiracelOJ column.The
influences of the flow rate and the mobile phase composition on resolution were discussed.The
results shown that the resolution decreases when the flow rate increases and increases while
the mobile phase modifier increases.
