摘要
目的探讨精神分裂症患者血浆硫化氢(H2S)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、叶酸(FA)和维生素B6水平的变化及其相关性。方法检测66例精神分裂症患者和50名健康对照者的血浆H2S、Hcy、FA及维生素B6水平。精神分裂症患者血浆H2S水平与Hcy、FA和维生素B6水平的相关性用直线相关分析。结果精神分裂症组Hcy水平高于对照组(P<0.001);血浆H2S、FA、维生素B6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。精神分裂症组高同型半胱氨酸血症(Hhcy)的人数(45.5%)高于对照组(10.0%)(P<0.001)。精神分裂症组血浆H2S水平与Hcy水平呈负相关(P<0.001),与血浆FA及维生素B6水平呈正相关(P<0.001,P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者血浆H2S、FA和维生素B6明显降低,Hcy水平升高。H2S水平降低可能参与了Hhcy致精神分裂症的发病机制。
Objective To explore the changes and dependability of the levels of plasma hydrogen sulfide( H2S) ,homo-cysteine ( Hcy) ,folic acid ( FA) and vitamin B6 in schizophrenia patients. Methods Levels of plasma H2 S,Hcy,FA and vitamin B6 in 50 healthy collators and 66 schizophrenia patients were detected. The dependability between the levels of plasma H2 S and Hcy,FA and vitamin B6 in schizophrenia patients was analysed by linear correlation analysis. Results Level of Hcy in schizophrenia group was significantly higher than that in control group( P 0. 001) ; Levels of plasma H2 S,FA,and vitamin B6 were significantly lower than those in control group( P 0. 05). The number of patients with high homocysteine ( Hhcy) in schizophrenia group( 45. 5% ) was higher than that in control group( 10. 0% ) ( P 0. 001). A negative correlation existed between levels of plasma H2 S and Hcy ( P 0. 001) ,and a positive correlation existed between levels of plasma H2 S and FA and Vitamin B6 in schizophrenia group ( P 0. 001,P 0. 05). Conclusion Plasma H2 S,FA and Vit-B6 decreased obviously,plasma Hcy level increased in schizophrenia patients. The decreasing of plasma H2 S level may be involved in the pathogenesis of the schizophrenia caused by Hhcy.
