摘要
目的:介绍叶酸在多系统疾病中的临床新应用。方法:检索近年来国内外叶酸研究的相关文献,并进行归纳总结。结果及结论:叶酸在预防新生儿出生缺陷,预防老年痴呆、肿瘤,降低心、脑血管疾病发病的危险性等方面的应用近年来已有很大拓展。
OBJECTIVE： To introduce the new clinical application of folic acid for muhisystem diseases. METHODS： The new clinical application of folic acid for multisystem diseases was summerized analytically by reviewing the pertinent literature in recent years both at home and abroad. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： In recent years, great progress has been made for folic acid to be used for the prevention of newborn birth detect, alzheimer disease and tumor, and the decreasing of risks of cardio - cerebrovasoular diseases etc.
