摘要
目的了解湖北、江苏2省国家规划结核病人登记本的信息质量。方法从湖北和江苏2省各随机抽取15个县(区)级结防机构,采取回顾性调查的方法,评价了2004-2005年结核病人登记本信息填写的完整性和准确性。结果 2省结核病人登记本患者的基本信息、诊断和治疗信息、痰检时间和结果、停止治疗时间和治疗转归结果的完整率均在95%以上;新患者的病程,强化期和继续期治疗方案的准确率均在98%以上;2个月末痰检阳性3个月末无痰检结果的占10.7%;初治涂阳患者5、6月无痰检结果,治疗转归结果判断为治愈的占6.3%。结论从结核病人登记本填写的完整性和准确性看,2省结核病人登记本信息的填写质量较高,但随访查痰信息和新涂阳患者转归中的治愈信息的填写方面还需进一步改进规范。
Objective To understand the information quality of TB registers in Hubei and Jiangsu Province. Methods This study adopted retrospective research methods. TB registers from 2004 to 2005 were used to evaluate the completeness and accuracy of TB registers in 15 randomly selected counties in each province. Results The information completeness rate was above 95%; the accuracy rate of information related to treatment duration, treatment regimen is above 98 % ; 10.7 % of patients who had positive smear result at the end of 2nd month had no sputum result after the 3rd month. For those who have no sputum result at the end of 5th and 6th month. 6.3% of them were classified as cured cases. Conclusions The information of TB registers was in high quality in terms of completeness and accuracy. However, information related to sputum examination during treatment follow-up should be further improved.
