摘要
构建我国公共图书馆延伸服务体系势在必行,虽然北京、上海、天津、深圳等部分发达地区已有成功的实践,但是我国绝大多数地区才刚起步或还存在诸多问题。如何构建我国公共图书馆延伸服务体系?政府是主导,体制是保障。体系硬件构建中,包含城市、城乡与城际间的总分馆体制是树干,网络技术覆盖是枝杈,渗透于社会各层面各群体的全面服务是节点。体系软件建设中,服务理念、服务时间、服务空间、服务手段、服务内容等诸多方面都要以民为本,向延伸服务转化。
It is imperative to construct the extending service system of the public library.Although the successful practices have occurred in partial developped regions such as beijing,shanghai,tianjin and shenchen etc.,but the overwhelming majority rigions just started or encountered a lot of problems.How to construct the extending service system of the public library？ The effective means is that the government plays the leading role,the system ensuring as well.In systematic hardware construction,the total division system of cities and countrysides plays the main role,the internet techniques covering takes braching effect,the overrall service interpenetrating through all layers and groups plays the joint role.The service ideal,time,space,means and contents etc.in systematic software construction must all be people-oriented and changes into the extending service.
