摘要
根据各行业的无形资产逐步增大并将在社会经济中起到越来越重要的作用这一趋势,本文阐述了图书馆人力资源的内容,分析了图书馆人力资源与无形资产的关系,论述了人力资源在图书馆无形资产开发中的作用,提出了开发图书馆人力资源、提升无形资产价值的途径。
According to the tendency in which the intangible assets of every industry increased gradually and would play more and more important role in the social economy, in this article the content of library human resources was first elaborated, the relationship between the library human resources and the intangible assets was then analyzed, at last, the function of human resources in library intangible assets development was discussed and the approaches for how to develop the library human resources and to promote intangible assets value were proposed.
