摘要
目前我国信息资源共享系统运行的绩效有待提高,而提高绩效的关键在于系统运行机制的创新。信息资源共享系统应该致力于管理机制、标准保障机制、竞争合作机制和绩效评估机制的创新,以提高信息资源共享系统运行的绩效。
The information resource sharing systems in China need to improve their operation performances,the key of improving performance lies in the innovation of system operation mechanism.Information resource sharing systems should work on management mechanism,standards mechanism,competition-cooperation mechanism,performance evaluation mechanism to improve the information resource sharing system operation performance.
