摘要
首先提出了ＰＮ结压变电容特性表达式，并绘制出其实验曲线，然后导出了ＰＮ结结电容的几个近似计算式，最后通过实例说明了这些近似式在电子技术工程中的若干种应用。
Firstly a formula of C j=f(U j) of any PN junction is presented, next the curve is bear out by making some tests and then a number of formulas are obtained, and finally these formulas are explained by means of some other examples.
