摘要
分析了流体惯性力对挤压油膜阻尼器转子系统观稳态特性的影响结果表明:流体惯性力有助于提高挤压油膜阻尼器的减振效果,随着雷诺数的增大,挤压油膜阻尼器的减振效果越来越好;流体惯性力有助于防止转子系统权稳态跳跃现象的发生,且流体惯性力越大,效果越显著;随着流体惯性力的过份增大,会在响应曲线中激起二阶峰值,对转子跨中变形影响尤为突出因此,在设计、分析计算挤压油膜阻尼器转子系统稳态响应特性时,应考虑阻尼器中流体惯性力的影响.
The influence of oil film inertia on bistable performane of SFD-rotor system is analyzed and results show that fluid inertia forees can help to improve damping capacity of SFD, the bigger the Reynolds number, the better the effects of daming capacity; moreover, it does a favor to prevent the occurane of bistable jump and the bigger the fluid inertia forces, the better the effects. But with its further incase, a second peak can be created at the ro-tor mid-span response curve, a dramatic influence on the distortion of rotor mid-span in particular , Therefore, the effects of fluid inertia should be taken into consideration during design、analysis and calculation of bistable perfor-mance for SFD-rotor system.
