摘要
从流固耦合的角度分析了转子-轴承系统的油膜振荡问题.在转子的旋转和振动作用下,轴承中的润滑油通过多次非线性动力学的分叉,产生脉动;非线性脉动的润滑油作用到转子上,导致了转子的非线性振动.润滑油中出现接近转子固有频率的脉动成分时,即会发生油膜振荡.研究轴承中润滑油膜的脉动特性是揭示转子-轴承系统非线性振动本质的一条可行途径.
The oil whip of bearings has been analysed from the viewpoint of fluid-soid interaction. Under the action of rotation and vibration of the rotor, the bifarcation of the oil flow in the bearings occurs. The noulinear Vibration of rntor is induced by the nonlinear unsteady oil flow. When there is a unsteady flow component with a frequency near the rotor natural frequency, the oil whip of bearings would occur. It is a feasible methed to uncover the nathe of the noinear vibration of rotor/bearing system by investigahng the characerishcs of the unsteady oil in the bearings.
