摘要
利用磷钼黄杂多酸与抗坏血酸反应的产物磷钼蓝杂多酸在碱性条件下为一稳定的兰色物质,从而建立了一种快速、简单测定抗坏血酸的新方法,该显色体系最大吸收波长为720nm,吸光度与抗坏血酸浓度在0.1~1.4mg/50ml之间有良好线性关系,检测下限为0.1mg/50ml,相对标准偏差为0.59%,回收率为99.0%~100.6%。
A new method is presented for simple and quick determination of ascorbic acid.The method is based on the stable blue reaction substance of phosphorusmolybdenum heteropoly acid with ascorbic acid in basic environment.The biggest absorption wavelength has been determined at 720nm.The determination range of 0.11.4mg/50ml,the detection limit of 0.1mg/50ml,the variation coefficient of 0.59%,and the recovery of 99.0%100.6% are given.
