摘要
研制了一种电感式传感器信号处理模块，重点介绍了该模块的组成、原理、性能．通过在Ｔａｌｙｓｕｒｆ４型电动轮廓仪中的应用，表明该模块工作稳定，能满足较高精度要求．
This paper develops a new inductance sensor signal processing module,and introduces its composition, principle ,performance and application if profile meters in detail.The experimental results show that the module has stable performance and high precision.
