摘要
利用2kW的CO2激光器在16Mn钢表面激光熔覆(WC+SiC)/Ni基复合涂层,经SEM及EDX能谱分析表明,基体与涂层呈良好的冶金结合.随着凝固过程的进行,γ-Ni固溶体的形貌由平面晶发展为树枝晶,且γ-Ni固溶体间合金元素的含量及平面晶的厚度均随扫描速度的变化而变化.
Abstract Laser cladding of (WC+SiC)/Ni-based composite coating on 16Mn steel was performed with a 2 kW CO 2 equipment.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDXS) studies revealed that good metallurgical bonding between the coating and the substrate was obtained. The morphology of γ-Ni grains changed from planar to dendritic in the process of solidification, while the concentration of alloying elements and the thickness of planar zone varied with the change of the scanning speed.
