摘要
研究了自动送粉激光熔覆工艺参数对熔覆层稀释率的影响规律.结果表明,粉末流量大小是决定激光熔覆层稀释率的最主要因素,它通过产生“热屏蔽”效应影响稀释率.激光功率、扫描速度也对稀释率有较大的影响.
The effect of laser processing parameters with an auto-feeding system on the dilution of the cladded coating has been investigated. The results indicate that the powder now rate plays the most important role in the dilution of the cladded coating, which decreaes the dilution level by producing 'heat shelter effect'.Other parameters including scanning rate and laser power also have a great effect on the dilution.
