Smad2,Smad4,Smad7蛋白在结肠癌中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究Smad2,4,7蛋白在结肠癌及癌旁组织中的表达及意义.方法:采用免疫组化SP法,检测结肠癌及癌旁组织中Smad2,4,7蛋白的表达.结果:Smad2,4,7蛋白在癌旁组织中均有表达,Smad2,7蛋白在结肠癌组织中表达增加,而Smad4蛋白在结肠癌组织中表达减少.结论:Smad蛋白参与肿瘤的恶性进程,其中Smad2蛋白高表达、Smad4缺失和Smad7负调控不全是其重要表现.
