摘要
采用流式细胞技术测定HASM（羟基磷灰石超细粉）对W－256癌肉瘤细胞DNA含量及细胞周期的影响。结果发现，羟基磷灰石超细粉可抑制W－256癌肉瘤细胞DNA合成，使癌细胞分化受阻于G2期。
We analysed the effects of hydroxyapatite supermicromist on DNA content and cell cycle of W-256 sarcoma cell by the method of flow cytometry. The results showed that hydroxyapatite supermicromist inhibited DNA synthesis of W-256 sarcoma cell and made cell proliferation obstracted in cell cycle of G2 phase.
