摘要
以某型发动机第一级整体叶盘试验件为基础,运用理论计算与试验相结合的方法研究了该整体叶盘在单叶片失谐情况下的响应,得到了失谐叶片与"正常"叶片的前两阶振动幅值和相位。理论与试验分析均表明,该整体叶盘当单个叶片失谐量在15%以内时,一阶附近在某些失谐量下失谐叶片的振动幅值比协调叶片的要大得多,而失谐量对整体叶盘的振动在二阶频率附近的振幅影响不大。
Based on the test of the first stage blisk of an aero-engine,the blisk respose of a blade mistuned is investigated by combining theoretical calculation and experiment.The amplitudes and phases of the first two orders of the mistuned blade and "normal" blade are gotten.Theoretical and experiment analysis show that the first order amplitude of mistuned blade is bigger than it of tuning blade when mistuning level of a blade is less than 15% of maximum mistuning value.The effect of mistuning levels on blisk amplitude is small at close to the second order frequency.
