摘要
对工作在三阶弯曲临界转速以上的对转发动机模拟低压转子进行高速动平衡试验研究,实测得到了转子在额定工作转速范围内高速动平衡前和高速动平衡后振动幅值随转速的变化曲线,完成了全转速范围内的高速动平衡操作,取得了良好的平衡效果,掌握了该转子的平衡规律,基本解决了型号研制过程中的一项关键技术。
High speed dynamic balance experiment research on simulated low pressure rotor that specified operating speed is above the third ender bending critical speed of counter rotating engine has been conducted.The curves of vibration amplitude versus speed before and after high speed dynamic balance are obtained.Balance operation at all over the specifed operating speed has been finished and balance effect is very good.The balance law of this rotor has been mastered.A difficult technical problem in the engineering development has been solved.
