摘要
目的:观察腧穴"胃病方"的针刺信号在急性胃黏膜损伤模型大鼠延髓和下丘脑中的传导途径。方法:将40只清洁级Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组、假模型组、模型组、胃病方组4组,每组10只。造模采用无水乙醇灌胃法。胃病方组取内关、中脘和足三里,针刺入穴位后施以疏密波,频率10 Hz~30 Hz,电流强度以大鼠肢体微颤为宜。电针20 min,电针治疗结束1 h后,以免疫组织化学检测延髓和下丘脑的c-fos表达。结果:与模型组比较,经电针胃病方治疗后,延髓和下丘脑中c-fos阳性细胞个数明显增多。结论:腧穴"胃病方"在针灸刺激后,c-fos阳性细胞在延髓的孤束核、三叉神经背核及背侧网状亚核等核团和下丘脑背外侧区表达较多。
Objective:To observe the signal transduction pathway of atacupoints of 'Weibingfang'stimulated by electroacupuncture(EA)in medulla oblongata and Hypothalamus of rats with acute gastric mucosal damage. Methods:40 Wistar rats (sanitary degree)were randomly divided into 4 groups (blank control group,model group,sham-model group, Weibingfang group,n=10). Acute gastric mucosal damage models were induced by anhydrous alcohol-induced methods. EA (dilatational wave, 10 Hz-30 Hz,suitable current intensity)was applied to Weibingfang group. After treatment by EA for 1 h,c-fos protein in medulla and hypothalamus was detected by immunohistochemistry method. Result:Compared with model group, expression of c-los in medulla and hypothalamus of the rats was obviously increased in "Weibingfang"group. Conclusion:Atacupoints of "Weibingfang"stimulated by electroacupuncture can upregulate expression of c-los protein in nucleus tractus solitaries,trigeminal nuclei and subnucleus reticularis dorsalis of medulla and in dosal-lateral hypothalamus in rats with acute gastric mucosal damage.
