摘要
目的:从分子水平探讨电针镇痛的机理,方法:采用RNA斑点杂交技术比较电针与福尔马林刺激时大鼠脑内c-fos mRNA表达的改变,并观察吗啡对c-fos mRNA表达的影响。结果:电针刺激具有明显的镇痛作用。电针和福尔马林刺激后均可诱发c-fos m RNA表达增强。吗啡能明显抑制福尔马林诱导c-fos mRNA表达,而对电针诱导的c-fos m RNA表达则无明显影响。结论:c-fos基因可能参与痛觉调制,电针镇痛并不等同于伤害性刺激。
The objective was to explore the molecular mechanism of electroacupuncture by RNA dot hybriditation in comparison with electroacupuncture and formaline stimulation induced the expression of c fos mRNA.The results show that electroacupuncture stimulation was of significant analgesia role.Both electroacupuncture and formaline stimulation induced a large of c fos mRNA expression.The blockade of c fos gene expression by morphine prevented formaline nociception from inducing,but not eletroacupuncture stimulation.It is suggested that c fos may take part in pain modulation,and electroacupuncture analgesia was different from noxious stimulation.
