摘要
为进一步阐明克山病心肌细胞损害的机理,用细胞内微电极技术分别观察了正常对照、低Se、单纯低Cr、低Se低Cr饲料饲养14周后大鼠心肌细胞电生理的改变。结果表明:单纯低铬组无变化;单纯低硒组静息电位(RP),电位幅度(APA)降低,电位时程(APD50、APD90)延长;低硒并低铬组RPAPA降低,APD50、APD90明显延长。
To elucidate the etiology of the impairment of myocardial cells in keshan disease,With intracellular microelectrode technigue,we observed the electrophysiological changes of the four groups of rats fed seperately with:normal,low se,low Cr and low Se+low Cr fodder.Compared with the control,there is no change in low Cr group;However,in low Se group,RP and APA decreased,APD 50 and APD 90 prolonged;In low Se+low Cr group,APA decreased,APD 50 and APD 90 Prolonged significantly.It suggested that Se and Cr deficiency jointly may change the electrophysiology of myocardial cells significantly.
