摘要
高校教师作为一种职业,其专业化发展成为高等教育发展的必然要求。从分析高校体育教师专业化的内涵入手,根据陕西省高校体育改革与发展的需要,通过对陕西省高校体育教师专业化发展的现状调查研究,探索促进高校中青年体育教师专业化发展的对策,为提高陕西省高校中青年体育教师的专业水平提供参考。
University teacher as an occupation, its professional development is an inevitable requirement for higher education development. This paper, based on the analysis of the connotation of physical education teachers＇specialization of university in Shaanxi province, according to the reform and development needs of university; the physical education, through the present situation of the development of college physical education teachers＇ specialization in Shaanxi province, explores countermeasures to improve the young and middle - aged physical education teachers and provides reference for the young and middle-aged physical education teachers＇ professional dvelopment in Shaanxi province universities.
