摘要
目的:观察电针结合穴位注射治疗中风后肩手综合征的疗效。方法:将76例患者随机分为2组,每组38例,治疗组采用电针合穴位注射治疗,对照组治以通络活血汤,观察2组临床疗效。结果:痊愈率治疗组为85.0%,对照组为65.0%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针结合穴位注射治疗中风后肩手综合征可提高痊愈率。
Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects on electro-acupuncture combined with point injection in patients with stroke shoulder-hand syndrome.Methods：76 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group received electroacupuncture combined with acupoint injection and the control group received TongLuo HuoXue decoction.The therapeutic effects of two group observed.Results：The cure rate in treatment group was 85.0% and 65.0% in the control group.The difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Electroacupuncture combined with acupoint injection can improve the cure rate for stroke shoulder-hand syndrome.
