脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床研究 被引量：1

摘要 肩手综合征(shoulder-hand syndrome,SHS)现又称反射性交感神经营养不良综合征(reflex sympathetic dystrophy,RSD),是脑卒中后偏瘫患者的常见合并症,临床表现为偏瘫侧肩痛,手肿及被动活动时疼痛加剧,严重影响偏瘫肢体功能恢复,如不及时发现和治疗,会导致手变形,甚至手的功能全部丧失.因此,我们选择了卒中住院患者236例,对其发病率及相关因素进行分析.
