摘要
结合上海轨道交通12号线工程建设特点和难点,对工程总体风险、施工期土建结构施工风险、轨道工程施工风险、机电安装施工风险、人员安全与职业健康风险、环境影响风险等进行了分析。采用基于层次分析法进行风险事件权重计算的模糊综合评判方法,对该工程进行了全面的风险评估;并对复杂周边环境下换乘车站、越江盾构隧道、近距离重叠盾构隧道等具体工程节点风险进行了分析和评估,进而提出针对性的风险管控建议。该评估结果既可作为参建各方进行工程前期和施工期风险跟踪与控制、降低工程风险的基础,也可作为轨道交通发展有限公司进行工程投保的依据。
By using a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on Analytic Hierarchy Process,risk assessment of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 12 Project is carried out.Then the risk ratings are obtained,including total risk of the whole project,construction risk of the civil engineering structures,track engineering and electromechanical installations,risk of safety and health,as well as risk of environmental influence.Moreover,risks of key construction joints,such as the transfer stations in complicated environment,the river-crossing shield tunnel and closely-spaced overlap shield tunnel are analyzed and assessed.Furthermore,some risk management measures are proposed according to the risk assessment results,which can be used as the guide of risk tracking and risk controlling,also be used as the basis of the project insurance.
