摘要
在分析铁路货运服务质量若干因素的基础上,建立铁路货运服务质量的相关评价体系并对评价指标进行量化,应用混合型TOPSIS法对铁路货运服务质量进行综合评价,最后给出算例予以详细说明。
On the analysis of railway freight service quality based on several factors,the articles establishes a evaluation index system of railway freight service quality,and quantifies it,then synthetical evaluate on railway freight service quality applicating of Hybrid TOPSIS Method.The last example is given an particular explanation.
