摘要
以已知腺苷为标样,利用反相高效液相色谱法对树舌深层发酵菌丝体和发酵液中腺苷进行分析。结果表明,菌丝体和发酵液中的腺苷含量较高。因此,树舌液体发酵菌丝体和发酵液是一个具有开发价值的资源,值得深入研究。
The adenosine in Cordyceps sinensis and fermentation mycelia of Ganoderm applanatum were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that the contentof adenosine in mycelia and fermentation broth was higher.Therefore we consider the mycelia and fermentation broth of Ganoderm applanatum a good resource for medical implication and deserve further research.
