西替利嗪联合玉屏风颗粒治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效观察30例 被引量：5

摘要 目的评价西替利嗪联合玉屏风颗粒联合治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效及安全性,积累用药经验。方法采用随机开放平行对照的方法,将60例慢性荨麻疹患者分为观察组和对照组,连续用药28d,用4级评分法评价疗效,并记录不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为83.3%,对照组总有效率为53.3%,两组差异存在统计意义(P<0.05)。结论西替利嗪联合玉屏风颗粒治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效高于单用西替利嗪,复发率低,值得临床推广使用。
