摘要
研究了添加金刚石对镍基合金的强化与磨损性能的影响。随着金刚石添加量的增加,金刚石复合的体积分数提高,金刚石弥散分布于镍基合金之中,复合的体积分数增加,基质的强化效果增强,硬度提高,比NiP,NiMoP,NiCuP合金具有更高的磨损性能。
The effects of addition of diamond on reinforcement and wear resistance of nickel base alloy was studied. With increasing the addition of diamond in solntion, the volume fraction of diamond co deposited increased, reinforcing the alloy and making it have higher hardness. Therefore the composites containing diamond have higher wear resistance than such alloys as Ni P, Ni Cu P and Ni Mo P.
