摘要
在物理冶金基本模型基础上,通过对实验数据进行回归,建立了Q235普碳钢的亚态再结晶及晶粒长大模型;模型计算和实验所测结果相吻合。采用双道次进行压缩实验,条件为变形速率0.01~0.1s-1,变形温度950~1100℃,初始晶粒尺寸56~85μm。
The metarecrystallization and grain growth models of Q 235(plain carbon steel)have been established by regression with experiment data on the basis of physical metallurgical theories,the results calculated with the models agree with the measured values.The test was of double compression,the condition of upsetting test was temperature 950 1 100 ,forming rate 050 020 s-1,initial grain size 5685 m.
