摘要
研究了Q235普碳钢控轧控冷轧制HRB335和HRB400钢筋工艺中冷却速度和终轧温度对产品组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明,通过控制轧制和轧后控制冷却,采用Q235普碳钢轧制HRB335,HRB400钢筋的生产工艺是可行的,并提出了相关的控轧控冷工艺参数。
Effects of cooling rate and finish rolling temperature on the microstructures and properties of the HRB335 and HRB400 steel bars produced by controlled cooling and rolling with the primary material Q235 plain carbon steel were researched. It was shown that the production of HRB335 and HRB400 bars from the Q235 plain carbon steel was practicable by controlled rolling and cooling process during mid-rolling and refined-rolling. In addition the relevant rolling and cooling schedules were proposed.
