摘要
为解决江汉油田建南地区严重的井漏问题与提高钻井堵漏成功率,特别是深井加重钻井液"窄"安全密度窗口的堵漏成功率及地层承压能力技术水平,提出优化井身结构、利用测漏仪准确测定漏层、在多个漏失层井中采取钻一层堵一层、根据地层裂缝大小来选择合适的堵漏材料、堵漏工艺上采用桥浆+水泥堵漏并适当蹩压、采用高密度随钻堵漏浆钻进压力高而承压能力低的地层、固井前采用非渗透抗压处理剂提高承压等堵漏技术措施,以克服"窄"安全密度窗口的堵漏难题。现场实践证明采用上述措施,堵漏效果较好。
A serious lost circulation occurs in Jianghan oilfield. In order to improve a success ratio of plugging, especially including for narrow safety density window of weighting drilling fluid and the resistance to formation pressure, some technological measures are presented in this paper, for example, to optimize casing program, to determine accurately leaking interval by a leaking detecting instrument, to plug an interval while drilling this one, to choose plugging material suitable to fracture size, to take bridging mud and mud plugging as a plugging technology, to use high-density drilling fluid as plugging mud to drill a formation with high pressure but low resistance to pressure, and to adopt an impervious and anti-pressure agent before cementing to increase the resistance to pressure. A better result was obtained after in-situ application.
