摘要
目的探讨高功率微波(HPM)单次辐照对动物视网膜功能的生物效应,为我国HPM安全防护提供生物学依据。方法采用自行研制的S波段HPM效应模拟源以远场平面波(平均功率100mW/cm2)进行单次照射,G1组照射10min,G2组照射20min,并在照后多个时间点,进行体温、视网膜电图测定和眼底检查。结果 HPM单次照射后可出现动物体温和ERGb波幅值一过性升高以及眼底充血等暂时性血管反应,并可于照后1~3d恢复正常。体温和ERGb波幅值的变化在两个照射组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论一定条件下的HPM单次照射可导致动物视网膜功能改变,这可能是机体对HPM的一种应激性反应,有助于损伤的修复,并可作为损伤早期的重要指征。
Objective To observe the bioeffects of HPM on animal retina,and to provide biological basis for precautions against the HPM.Method The animals were divided into two groups randomly,irradiated for 10 min and 20 min respectively.Examination by thermometer,funduscope and electroretinograms(ERG)were carried out at different time points to study the effects of HPM on retina function.Results The body temperature,blood vessel of rat eyeground and b-wave amplitude of ERG showed temporary and slightly changes immediately after HPM exposure,which went natural after 1-3 days.There were no significant differences(P0.05)in the temperature and amplitude of b-wave between the two groups.Conclusion Under a given condition,retinal functional change is after HPM exposure at single irradiation,which may be a body stress response,contributing to reparation after damage,and serves as an important early indication of damage.
