摘要
目的 :探讨高功率微波 (HPM )辐照对大鼠睾丸生殖细胞凋亡的影响。 方法 :健康成年SD雄性大鼠 5 0只 ,随机分为照射组和对照组。以S波段平均功率密度为 2 0mW /cm2 的HPM辐照大鼠 5min ,照后 6、2 4、4 8、72h和 5天取睾丸组织 ,应用原位末端标记技术 (TUNEL)检测各组凋亡细胞。 结果 :辐照后 6、2 4、4 8h ,大鼠睾丸生殖细胞凋亡数量明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,呈线性上升和下降趋势 ,2 4h凋亡细胞数量最多 ,达(2 5 .4 0± 3.30 )个 /5个曲细精管。 72h和 5天与对照组间无差别 (P >0 .0 5 )。 结论 :HPM辐照大鼠 5min即可触发生精细胞的细胞凋亡数目增加 ,影响大鼠生殖功能。
Objective:To study the impacts of high power microwave radiation on the testicular germ cell apoptosis in the rats. Methods: Fifty Spraque-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups .In the experimental group,the animals were radiated with S wave band 20 mW/cm 2 high power microwave for 5 min, and in the control group,5 rat were not radiated. 5 blank radiation groups served as controls. At the end of process, testicular germ cell apoptosis were detected by in situ terminal deoxymudeotityl transferase mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) 6 h , 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 5d following radiation. Results:In experiment group the amounts of apoptosis cells were more than that of control group 6 h?24 h?48 h following radiation(P<0.01) .There was no difference of two group in apoptosis cells(P>0.05). Conclusion: Radiation by HPM for 5 min would result in testicular germ cell apoptosis and damage in the rat.
