摘要
列举了11种可用于精锻大厚度直齿圆柱齿轮的精锻工艺方案,通过模拟实验从齿形充满和所需变形力等方面进行比较,分析了各种方案的优缺点和可推广应用的条件。
In this paper,11 kinds of technological scheme for precision forging spur gear are enumerated,and make a comparision between these technological scheme by means of simulated experiment.The merits and demerits and the application condition are analysed.The results obtained in this paper provide a reliable experiment basis for studying the technology of precision forging spur gear.
