摘要
本文从实验和理论两方面对带毂直齿圆柱齿轮的精锻成形工艺进行研究。在实验方面,利用网格方法确定金属在精锻过程中的流动规律;在理论分析方面,利用基于实验的变形流动模式建立带毂直齿圆柱齿轮精锻时的动可容速度场,获得了与实验结果吻合较好的上限解。结果表明,本文所采用的方法是可行的,合理的,其结果对带毂直齿圆柱齿轮精锻工艺设计具有指导作用,并为该工艺的实际应用提供理论依据。
The precision forging process for spur gear with boss is investigated experimentally and theoretically in the paperIn experiment,metal flow in the process is determined by means of grid method;In theoretical analysis,the kinematically admissible velocity fields are established by the use of the metal flow patterns based on the experiments,and the upper-bound values for the process are in good agreement with those obtained experimentallyThe results show that the analysis method used in the paper are reliable and reasonable
