时效处理微晶(2024Al)-20Si-5Fe合金的组织及性能 被引量:5

THE EFFECT OF AGING TREATMENT ON THE MICROSTRUCTURE AND PROPETIES OF A CRRYSTALLITE(2024Al)-20Si-5Fe ALLOY

摘要 利用双级雾化快速凝固工艺制备了微晶(2024Al)-20Si-5Fe合金,通过对合金微观组织分析和力学性能测定,研究了不同时效热处理工艺对合金性能影响.结果表明,合金的峰时效工艺包括:753K固溶1.5h,水淬,自然时效96h;然后423K下人工时效6h;峰时效热处理工艺下合金的极限抗拉强度达559.9MPa,硬度达HV231.8. : In this paper a crystallite (2024Al)-20Si-5Fe alloy has been prepared by two-stageatomization technology. The effects of aging technology on the mechanical properties of the alloy havebeen investigated by analyzing the microstructure, and testing the tensile strength and Vickers hardnessof the alloy. The results showed that the peak aging technology of the alloy consisted of solution treatmentat 653 K for 1.5 h followed by quenching in water, a natural aging for 96 h and artificial aging at 423 K for6h. The maximum ultimate tensile strength and Vickers hardness of the alloy are 559.9 and 231.8 MParespectively.
